Substitutions made due to flower availability are not, by themselves, grounds for refund as long as the delivered arrangement remains true to the overall style, color palette, and value of the original design. Similar substitution and quality-issue frameworks appear in major florist policies.

8. Perishable Product Disclaimer

Flowers are natural, perishable products. Bloom size, color tone, petal count, degree of openness, and vase life may vary from stem to stem and arrangement to arrangement.

Proper care after delivery affects longevity. We are not responsible for reduced vase life caused by improper care, exposure to heat, direct sun, drafts, freezing temperatures, or failure to add water promptly.

9. Gift Messages and Personalization

We will make reasonable efforts to include gift messages and personal details exactly as submitted. However, we reserve the right to correct obvious formatting, spelling, or character-limit issues where necessary for production.

You are responsible for ensuring your submitted message is appropriate and lawful.
