Refund policy

At Lavrini Flowers, we take great care in preparing each arrangement with fresh, seasonal flowers. Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@lavriniflowers.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the arrangement

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • the wrong arrangement was delivered
  • the flowers arrived damaged or in poor condition
  • the arrangement was significantly different from what was ordered
  • the order was not delivered as confirmed

Because flowers are seasonal and natural, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. When this happens, we will preserve the overall style, palette, and value of the arrangement. Substitutions alone are not eligible for refund if the delivered arrangement remains true to the original design.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • incorrect delivery information entered at checkout
  • unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
  • delays caused by weather or other events outside our control
  • natural variations in bloom size, shape, or degree of openness

Orders may be changed or canceled only if we are contacted before design work or delivery preparation begins. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it is nonrefundable.
